The Final Reset

The quarantine has changed our lives completely. Everything has been shut down, curfews implemented and there’s no coincidence that 5G is being installed to handle the amount of online activity. Through this stressful time, here’s some tips I recommend to stay sharp and remain independent of the system that we are leaving and the one we’re going into.

1. Consistent body movement/workouts

Lock down has got us all cooped up in the house, which is making a lot of people become sedentary and stiff, which is a bad idea given that anything could happen with our environment at any day now. Start with some light stretching if you’re a beginner or overweight and set a routine where you can make it a habit, then when it becomes normal for you, start to increase your movement until you find a workout pace that’s good for you. Not only will this boost the immune system and strengthen the body, but it will get your mind familiar with movement and psychologically ready for any spontaneous change in events.

2. Clean up diet

Produce surprisingly is not something that is being picked over in the stores in my area. Everyone is buying up all the meat and pasta that they can afford, and my insides cringe at this thought. Not only will a lot of people be sedentary, but will be constipated and nutrient deficient (if not already).
A well balanced diet, especially during this time, is crucial. Dark leafy greens with other vegetables like peppers, onions, carrots and tomatos are a good start. I don’t encourage you stop eating meat if that’s something you normally consume, however if you eat meat in every meal, I would recommend reducing that to once a day or two, simply because you’re most likely not doing what you were doing before the quarantine (unless you’re an essential worker) and do not need that same level of protein.
Research into different types of oils, seeds, legumes, grains, natural tinctures, teas and other natural remedies. We want to limit our risk of needing hospitals for anything in our control.

3. Limit screen-time

An unbalanced diet with sedentary movement along with prolonged screentime is a good recipe for a vulnerable and programmed individual, both physically and mentally. Of course this doesnt mean to throw away the digital devices, but it does mean to keep in mind the implications of the new 5G installations and how these will affect our daily living. Random ringing in the ear, headaches and other symptoms could be coming from our own health, but it is compounded with the heavy amount of energy being funneled to the technology in our houses. If giving yourself a set amount for screentime is too strict, give yourself a time where you wont interact with any technology at all, with 30 minutes at the minimum. Also try to avoid using technology at least 30 minutes before bed, and move your devices out of your bed into another room to charge for the night. Try to implement these ideas and see how you feel afterwards.

4. Continue to actively learn

This should not only be a time of resetting, but a time of learning. Dig deeper into world history, agriculture and horticulture, physics and chemistry. Read some of the books you’ve never touched on your bookshelf, or write one yourself. Learn a new cooking recipe or even get started on spring cleaning early . Find something that interests you intellectually and go for it, we all need to keep a sharp mind.

5. Get closer to the Father

Followers of Jesus already know the truth of the gospel, and it’s our hope to spread that. The last four tips should hopefully move you in this direction, but it has to be your conscious decision to look for and accept the truth. The rudiments of the world are looking forward to a new vaccine, a new digital age with the fastest transfer of information we’ve ever seen, and with that new possibilities. There are only two types of ways to go about this new reality on the horizon: to accept or reject. To accept means you agree with everything it stands for, and to reject is to reject all the years of indoctrination you’ve been given. There will only be these two types of people, but if you tried to find them based off titles and identity descriptions, you would never find them, but as time goes on, their actions will show themselves more clear. When this distinction becomes clear, those who reject will be gone after, and this is when a strong and unwavering faith in the God of Israel is needed. When the Pharoah is pursuing you, you need to have faith and know that the Father will part the sea in front of you.
